What we collect
- When you buy a course: your name, email address and, for gifts, the recipient's name and email. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe or PayPal and never reach our website.
- When you send a message or request an appointment: the details you enter into the SimplePractice contact and booking forms, which are stored in our SimplePractice account.
- When you browse: basic technical information such as pages visited and browser type, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To deliver the course or guide you purchased and to send order confirmations.
- To reply to your questions and manage appointments.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
Who we share it with
- Stripe and PayPal to process payments.
- SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant client portal, for messages, appointments and course delivery.
- Our hosting and email providers who store and send data on our behalf.

Anything you share inside the SimplePractice client portal is protected under our SimplePractice privacy practices and applicable health-privacy law. Please use the portal, not this website's contact links, for anything you consider sensitive.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing alexis@roselactationcollective.com. Order records may be kept where the law requires it.
