Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a Registered Nurse and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). But before I became a lactation consultant, I became a mom.

My story

It began with my own journey.

I have years of experience working with families in high-risk obstetrics and building evidence-based breastfeeding classes from the ground up!

My passion for lactation really began with my own breastfeeding journey. Like so many moms, I quickly learned that breastfeeding doesn’t always go exactly as planned. There were beautiful moments, challenging moments, lots of questions, and plenty of learning along the way.

My journey eventually led me to tandem nurse my daughters, and it completely changed the way I viewed breastfeeding support.

I realized just how much it can mean to have someone in your corner who will listen, answer your questions, and remind you that you’re doing a great job—even on the days when it doesn’t feel that way.

Why I started

That’s why I created Rose Lactation Collective.

I wanted to create a space where moms and families can come exactly as they are. Whether you’re…

  • Preparing for your first baby
  • Struggling with latch
  • Navigating pumping
  • Figuring out your milk supply
  • Combination feeding
  • Returning to work
  • Simply wondering, “Is this normal?”

…you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

How I can help
